Terms of service
The following terms apply to any orders and purchases you make from this website.
You must not order or purchase goods from us:
• for re-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use); or
• which are outside any order limits or restrictions which we may apply to our products on this site.
DO NOT purchase from this site if you disagree with any aspect of these terms.
Cancellations and Returns
We will replace or refund you for any product that is damaged during transit to you following assessment. We are unable to accept return of products ordered in error. Please send an email to info@tea-matters.com.au to organise.
If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
General delivery information
Products cannot be delivered outside of Australia. Any delivery timeframes specified by us are indicative only. Allow 14 days from receipt of your order confirmation for delivery. Delivery instructions can be specified during the checkout process.
Tea Matters™ does not accept responsibility for items stolen when an authority to leave has been specified by the customer. Please note: during sale/ promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.
Payment security
We always endeavour to provide a secure, safe platform from which to conduct online transactions. We use industry standard SSL protocol which encrypts information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption makes information such as credit card numbers, billing details and delivery addresses undecipherable by other computers, ensuring privacy and security. Any stored cardholder information is not stored by Tea Matters™ but a secure third party, and is required to be encrypted with a suitable cryptographic algorithm. Tea Matters™ staff do not have access to stored credit card information. It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your online account by keeping your password, computer and devices secure.
